The customer has also had issues with their P 365, which had a dead front night sight. Heath at Sig set up a free return and repair, which was great and sent back FedEx 2 days.
The customer has purchased ammo multiple times through the store, and they have also bought a 15rd mag for their P365. They have had better than 20k rounds pushed through and neither frame has had an issue to speak of. The customer has also had issues with their P-320 as their EDC and their wife uses the P-226, each frame having better than 20k rounds pushed through.
The customer has also had issues with their Sig MCX airgun, which stopped shooting after two weeks of shipping. They were told to pay 27 dollars for shipping both ways and 20 to fix it. However, after two weeks, a brand new Sig was delivered to the customer’s doorstep.
The customer has paid full price for their product and expected a new slide without the use of their parts. When discussing the issue of returning their parts, Bradshaw offered only cheaper sights and a striker without providing the other necessary parts to complete the entire slide.
